Sunday Squibs

A nap in the day was something I'd rue

Until it got put on the list of to-do

As he stands at the pot

Man's duty no doubt

Is to find the sweet spot

Where the least splashes out

The chemist sees the world as formulas, the mathematician as numbers, and the anarchist as the Big Bang.

You’ll learn more quickly from mistakes you made by going too hard than by going too easy. Of course you may more quickly  go dead.

No hurry

No worry

Unless of course

They’re here to bury

The moon draws to it all of the seas

As love draws all of the souls

Some though are locked up in far frozen lands

To them let us be warming coals

Our faults can have a good side.

We can be so lazy that we let others do our boasting for us.

Delusions of courtship

He: I love her. She lets me be myself.

She: I love him. He does what I like.

Breathing is an ethereal eating and defecating.

It’s worth paying for quality, but remember that at every company there’s a team working to maximize profits, which can lead to a slow degradation of your favorite gizmo or treat.

  1. There is a mad writer named Joe
who knows how to make his words flow
    whether wisdom or pun
    he has lots of fun
as he builds his squib portfolio
