Tornado sirens sounding
What to do?
Stand outside and video?
Hide in the basement?
Keep watching TV and hope that it all passes by?
Well, the lightning makes for some great flash photography.
And tornadoes never strike the same place twice.
At least that is the rumor.
The wife says come on down to the basement
She has a candle
A little radio (later determined to be of the weather variety)
And some blankets
But it was nothing romantic.
An eternity later
Back up the stairs
Missed the rain
A little wind
But no tornadoes.
So no video
No pictures
Maybe next time

ReplyDelete"Tornadoes never strike the same place twice," is true -- somewhere -- but not for Dodge City, KS. It appeared that 2016 was a big year for dem twisters, especially during the month of May in 2016 and 2018 for y'all, and so was Ground Hog Day in 2020. Wese happy don't see many at all in February, in these parts. Yahoo!
