For that I give great thanks
The only active thing I do is move myself into position so things happen to me.
Whenever there’s a software update, my phone acts goofy. Rather than try to fix it, I’ve learned to wait for the engineers to make it right or else just learn to love the bugs.

That being said
Don't start every sentence with the same damn one.
According to studies, forty per cent of people starting a mindfulness program experience negative effects.
That percentage needs to be much higher.
The point of mindfulness is to become aware of our faults so we can develop workarounds.
That can’t feel positive for the first couple of years.
Hours to live? Well I guess time will tell and perhaps ignorance is bliss and in any event, it is what it is. Right?
