The old are unfairly dinged for being set in their ways. But they've acquired so many ways, it's hard to up and move them all at once.

If the unexamined life is not worth living, is the unexamined mind not worth minding?

We need the business man to digest the hard facts of reality, and the artist to make them palatable.

Every family has a black sheep, or else has been damaged by some other family's neer-do-well.

When I was working full-time, I scheduled in a monthly mental health day. Now I hold a monthly work day, but I don't always show up.
