Sunday Squibs

Let's regard our elders as national treasures.
I should have said that when I was young, but better late than never.

To overcome the feeling of being nickel and dimed, start spending quarters and dollars.

Life's a game of chance, played not with cards and dice, but with DNA and a stranger met on Third Street and Main.

A dogmatist when dead will have all his answers questioned.

Enjoy your sweet memories from afar. Returning to the scene can spoil them.

The pinball in the machine identifies with the flashing lights, the dinging bells, the racking score, but gravity always wins.

Trying to figure out the meaning of it all is like picking at a scab.
Just live the life and let it heal.

Take a hurricane, wind it tight.
That's a tornado! Get outta sight!
