A Quartet of Squibs

I pass through life with a whatever attitude while keeping why in a box marked whenever.

Our ancestor's challenge was to find enough food to survive. Ours is to avoid too much.

By making gods of us all, pantheism unleashes the pyramid-building gods among us.

Politics tempts us to feed on gall when our side is out of power.

  1. Coincidence? I am just now finishing a poem that deals with "the gods." It is irreverent and, I think, exciting in the freedom offered. This squib speaks to me personally, and more than most others. Watch for "Cascade" on some upcoming Monday. JPSavage
